Generator Service testing your engine with regular exercise, fuel system service, load tests, checking your cooling system, lubrication and servicing and testing your batteries to make sure they work!

Water Heater Service Each year drain & Flush sediment from bottom of water heater, Check Anode rods, check for leaks, check electrical connections.

Preferred labor rates will be offered for service call breakdowns, Expanding your Solar System, Reroof, AC Heating Upgrades, Generator UpGrades, Water Heater replacements! Discounts on Accessories to include Surge Protection, EMP home protection, WH Dehumidifiers, WH AC Home Storage Batteries, Emporium consumption monitors, electrical up grade, EV chargers and more! Service Agreement is a bilateral between Service Network administrator AEC Solar,Storage HVAC & Roofing.Agreement Can be canceled at anytime with a 60 day notice, Service Agreement is transferable to new ownership.

Inspection will be require on signing service agreement, if the house should sell the new home owners will need to reach out to Service Network to transfer monitoring and service agreement to the new homeowners!

In the event of an insurance claim service network will work directly with your insurer directly for your roof, Solar, HVAC, Generator claim if such of event should ever a rise!

Monitoring Alerts happen with internet interruptions, utility grid voltage outages, or system failures, firmware updates! When this event happens our team will reach out to you to walk through any onsite system reset, at that time we will notify your inverter/controller manufacture service department for any firmware updates, ask to have report to keep with out logs, Case number is usually given to refer to if service visit is necessary!
