Our lenders work with direct pay with suppliers, M1 Payments will always pay material cost, permit, engineering before any M1 distributions.

M2 Distribution's will be distributed on completion, PTO, Final Inspection with 5% from the house 5% from sales person will be held until lender clears loan entirety 90days.
